Halal & allergens →It all starts with the same chicken, and that is what makes the difference: breaded by hand, that very morning, in our own kitchens. No industrial coating, nothing pulled frozen out of a box. It takes longer, and that is exactly why it is crispy.
You will find that same chicken identical across our five locations: as a wrap and as Chicken Tenders in Prilly, in Chailly and on the Lausanne food truck, and as a burger at NAS Burger on the EPFL campus. Same recipe, same house cocktail sauce, since 2014.
Our chicken is halal, everywhere and without exception. For gluten, vegetarian options and our Daim tarts, everything is set out on the halal and allergens page.
