One food truck launched in Lausanne in 2014, now a family of five locations. Still the same obsession: crispy breaded chicken, made in-house.
NAS was born in 2014 in a food truck, with a simple idea: to share a small piece of the American dream, one bite at a time. The street food of American campuses — its generous sandwiches and its gang spirit — brought to Lausanne.
The signature product is the Chicken Tender: a chicken breast carefully cut, marinated to our own recipe, breaded by hand and then fried to get that golden, crunchy crust NAS is known for. Around it, fresh produce every day, a house cocktail sauce, and recipes made with care.
More than ten years on, the truck is still here, joined by a second truck, two take-aways in Prilly and Chailly, and a team of sixteen. The next chapter is being written in franchising, to take NAS beyond Lausanne.
What never changes
Marinade, breading, cocktail sauce: everything is prepared by our teams, every day, in our own kitchens.
Chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese are delivered and prepared day by day. Nothing sits around.
